Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience with us. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. 


Please keep in mind, some styles/colours may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour.

Return Policy


We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.


24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No Show


No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount


Please be courteous to your Stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Accepts Visa, Master Card, Cash & Cheque.


Head Lice

It is against our Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.


Gift Certificate Policy

·     Gift certificates are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.

·     Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

·     Please call concerning lost gift certificates.

·     All gift certificates are non-refundable.

·     Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.


Colour Policy

A skin test is required before all hair colouring services to allow us to check for sensitivity and reactions to the hair colouring products that we use. We offer free skin testing within the salon/mobile. You will need to make an appointment to attend the salon at least 48 hours before your hair colour service for your test.

 A pea-sized quantity dye will be applied to the back of your ear. If the test produces a reaction the client’s skin then the hair dye should not be applied.

  • If you have a positive reaction the area will become red, itchy and irritated or you may feel unwell. If you receive a positive reaction you should rinse the area immediately, contact us and seek medical advice.

  • If there is a negative reaction nothing will happen and it is safe for your colour service to take place with us.


Appointment confirmations and reminders:

We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider you having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt-out at any time.


Appointment ratings and reviews

After visiting us we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.

We request the minimum level of personally identifying information to run our business effectively. This is data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details. We will never obtain information about you indirectly from sources outside our business. We store notes with respect to services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. For example, your preferred hair style, colour formula codes.  We consider you have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information and information about your services based on your receiving services from us. Depending on the particular service(s) we are providing we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service.
